Requirements:

A three year degree/Diploma in Human Resources Management/Development or credible experience in the HRD environment, assessor and moderator qualification would be an advantage.

Must possess the following, key competencies: Facilitation and presentation skills, ability to conduct needs analysis and develop training programmes, understand the strategic alignment of HRD with Departmental Plans, knowledge of principles of adult learning, Public Sector prescripts and relevant Skills Development and Employment Equity Legislation.

Managerial ability coupled with well-developed policy development skills. Basic project management skills, good interpersonal skills, computer literacy, particularly Word, PowerPoint and Excel. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and driver’s license essential.

Duties:

Facilitate internal training programmes, materials development, implementation of return on investment processes, Human resources management, business planning, quality assurance, budget preparation and expenditure monitoring, information management, and facilitate various HRD interventions.
